Cancellation Window
Cancellations for your order are only permitted prior to shipment. Once your order has been marked as shipped or a tracking number has been generated and sent out, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.
How to Request a Cancellation
To initiate a cancellation, please reach out to our team promptly at info@sleephousefurniture.shop, and be sure to include your order number and the reason for your cancellation request.
For all eligible cancellation requests, we will send a formal confirmation within 1 business day of receipt.
Non-Cancellable Orders
Cancellation requests cannot be processed for the following order types:
Refunds for Approved Cancellations
For all cancellation requests that have been reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 2 business days of the cancellation confirmation.
