Exchange Policy at Sleephouse Furniture

At Sleephouse Furniture, we are dedicated to delivering your seeds in perfect condition. However, if any issues arise, we have a straightforward and fair exchange policy in place.

1. Eligibility for Exchange
   We offer exchanges in the following situations:

• The plant arrives damaged due to shipping.

• An incorrect item was delivered (wrong variety, size, or quantity).

• The plant shows signs of poor health upon arrival (excluding damage caused by customer handling).

2. Exclusions from Exchange
   We cannot process exchanges in the following cases:

• Customer’s personal preference or color differences.

• Damage caused by delayed unboxing or improper care.

• Exchange requests made more than 15 days after delivery.

• Products marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable."

3. Exchange Process
   Step 1: Contact Customer Support

• within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number, details of the issue, and clear photos of the plant and packaging.

Step 2: Review & Approval
Our team will respond within one business day to confirm whether your item qualifies for an exchange.

Step 3: Return Item (if applicable)
If a return is necessary, we will provide the return address. Please use a trackable shipping service for the return.

Step 4: Replacement Shipment
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will ship a replacement within 2 business days and provide you with tracking details.

4. Shipping Fees

• If the exchange is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover all shipping costs.

• If the exchange is due to a customer preference (approved on a case-by-case basis), the customer will be responsible for both return and reshipping fees.

5. Packaging Reminder
   Please retain the original packaging to ensure safe return shipping. If the plant is damaged due to inadequate packaging during the return process, we may be unable to approve the exchange.
