Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Window

Cancellations for your order are only permitted prior to shipment. Once your order has been marked as shipped or a tracking number has been generated and sent out, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.

How to Request a Cancellation

To initiate a cancellation, please reach out to our team promptly at info@sleephousefurniture.shop, and be sure to include your order number and the reason for your cancellation request.

For all eligible cancellation requests, we will send a formal confirmation within 1 business day of receipt.

Non-Cancellable Orders

Cancellation requests cannot be processed for the following order types:

  • Orders that have already been shipped or are in transit
  • Cancellation requests submitted more than 24 hours after the original order is placed
  • Any items labeled as Final Sale or marked as Non-Cancellable on the product page and order confirmation

Refunds for Approved Cancellations

For all cancellation requests that have been reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5 business days of the cancellation confirmation.
