In cases of extreme weather (e.g., very cold or hot temperatures), we may temporarily delay shipping to protect your plants. If this happens, we will notify you promptly regarding any delays.

Your order will typically arrive within 4-7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier’s performance. A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.

Currently, we only offer shipping within the continental United States (excluding U.S. territories and P.O. boxes).

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. Periodic promotions and special shipping offers may be available and will be announced on our website.

We make every effort to ensure timely delivery, but external factors such as weather conditions, high shipping volumes, or carrier delays may affect delivery times. Sleephouse Furniture is not responsible for these delays, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving any issues with the carrier.

To ensure your plants arrive safely, we carefully package each order with protective materials. If your plant is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund.
